Swati’s superpower is her ability to find rising leaders, invest in them, build teams around them, get other like-minded supporters involved, and help them grow in impact.
She learned how great teams and companies are built from the inside at start-ups like Square and how capital supports and amplifies entrepreneurs in all kinds of ventures during her time at Google.org and as a partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. Today, she is on the boards of Green Thumb Industries and Vote.org.
Swati graduated from Harvard with an AB in Development Studies. She also holds an MPhil in Economic History from the University of Oxford, where she was a Rhodes Scholar, and she now serves as a trustee for the Rhodes Trust.
When she isn’t volunteering to support new generation political leaders, Swati rides horses.
Matt is a builder at heart. He started at Apple, building the software team for 10 generations of the iPod. He was one of the first engineers on the original iPhone and involved in the development of 5 iPhone generations, and the first iPad.
As co-founder of Nest, Matt built the team that built the first learning thermostat and the leading connected home brand. Now, Matt splits his time between Incite and a new project he’s cooking up with some friends. This is the way.
Keely’s passion lies in helping people become the best versions of themselves. Whether it’s helping empower an entrepreneur early in their career or making sense of the chaos that involves running a rapidly scaling start-up; she’s learned that a holistic approach to leadership and management is often most effective.
Keely started her career as a health and wellness coach in Southern California after graduating from UCLA. She moved to the bay area to work with some of the most illuminating minds and legacy investors at Kleiner Perkins. After spending time at the health-care technology company, Collective Health, she now leads the day-to-day investment and grant-making practice while helping manage the current portfolio across all three verticals.
Keely finds the most joy running or cycling through Golden Gate Park with her husband, terrier and toddler.
